At NGUFOODS, we take pride in offering high-quality homemade products, including pickles, papad, powders, and Khichiya papad. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure that every product meets your expectations. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
1. Return Policy
Since our products are homemade and perishable, we do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons. However, we do make exceptions in the following cases:
Eligible Return Cases:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged during transit.
- The product is expired or spoiled upon arrival.
If you meet any of the above conditions, please contact us within 14 hours of receiving the product.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be initiated in the following cases:
- If a wrong product was sent and the correct product is unavailable for replacement.
- If the product was damaged in transit and verified by our team.
- If the order is canceled before dispatch.
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit card, etc.) within 7-10 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Cases:
- Taste preference issues (since taste can vary from person to person).
- If the product has been opened or consumed partially.
- If the product was ordered by mistake and has already been shipped.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 7 hours of placing them.
- Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
